Containerization

We custom package each container and offer additional services that may include primary and additional inspection and re-packaging and labeling; other specialized requirements can be met. We export product in container specifications and our containers are reviewed to meet the VGM SOLAS requirements where applicable.

All product and service offered, discussed or mentioned are subject to prior sale, confirmation and errors or omissions.

All product offerings must have a declared INCO term of sales, otherwise it is deemed as “ex-works” or as a “price indication.”

All final sales are subject to the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) rules of trade and the UNCITRAL Arbitration rules most recently in force.

All sales are subject to the ICC’s  Force majeure terms and conditions most recently enforced.
